I wandered in about this time last year looking for a new mower. They fixed me up, gave me a trade in on my 14 year old Toro and have been good to their word ever since. I'm out of town, they don't know me. I have had a couple of visits for small issues (water in the fuel, dropped a piece of foil in the fuel line) and they cleared it up promptly, with no extra charge. No one has given me any trouble.

Never called me back, the quote was way lower than paid price, weed eater didn't work when we picked it up and they tried to charge extra to fix it again. After 20 minutes of use I had to repair a bolt that fell off, lucky I found it. Expect longer wait times, higher bills and typical mechanic like customer service.

These people have always been genuine and kind to our family over the past 10 years. They do not curse or use vulgar language, much to the contrary, they are very respectful even to each other. They are kind, respectful, courteous and fair!

Oh boy where to start? My lawn mower sure never did after over 75 dollars in cost and A MONTH AND A HALF. Called after 2 weeks, of hearing nothing, guy on phone was very rude. Called every week, and got more lip. At wit's end A MONTH AND A HALF LATER called, was told it was done THREE WEEKS EARLIER but they forgot to call me. Went to pick it up, DIDN'T START. You can trust them, no second guesses, and they know there stuff. They are pros. It needs a remodel on the outside, but its one of those daimond in a rough places. They are friendly.

Terrible Service – Absolutely the worst service ever! I'm sure if you're one of the 'regulars' or know the owners personally......you're good to go. My first and last time I will take anything there to be serviced. Over promise.......under deliver. And when you call to inquire about the status of the repair all you get is a rude answer. Small business's go out of business one customer at a time.

RUNAWAY – If for some unfortunate reason you ever find your fingers walking through the Yellow Pages in search for a repair shop that advertises "lawn mower repairs" and they stop at Montebello Sales and Services in Imperial, MO.....CUT THEM OFF. This is without a doubt the worst "mom and pop shop" that exist. The staff (I believe all family) has no need to speak with the customers because their language does not go beyond profanity and insults. Great service and friendly people – I have done buisness with them for years on both the lawnmower side and the automotive side, they have been fair, if anything does go wrong with what they have repaired they take care of it right away. They have rental mowers when yours is down and if you need a ride home if your car is being worked on they will do that too and come and pick you up.
