Check all the other negative reviews for more horror stories. Mine was simple. I ordered a custom band. prepaid. She hand wrote, " 12mm by 2mm." When i got it, che changed the order to "12mm by 1 1/2mm" It was hand hammered and polished with warps, not a nicely machined finish. Dishonest, scammer. Stay away
