If you want your privacy violated 4+ times a year, 2 of which are semi annual inspections where other apartments only do it once a year, and you want to get your rent raised by huge leaps, move here. No real amenities, and it's an old complex that has to have it's water repaired and shut down regularly. Already been told they will be raising the rent again. Probably doing it in time before this huge new apartment complex is finished at Wells and Telegraph. Not good treatment of residents who are good tenants, so all good one... read more
