Dr. Santos is my pet's veterinarian and he is always loving and patient with her. She just went through a major ordeal this week and he took wonderful care of her and kept us updated. I would like to take a moment to give special thanks to the head technician Melissa who was involved in Cali's care. I was pretty emotional and Had a million questions, when I was visiting with Cali at night Melissa would patiently answer my questions and in a caring manor. The staff are outstanding, Vets, Techs, and especially reception. When we had to make that tough decision two months ago related to our Shepherd-Scooby, the staff was there for us. Including a card, which arrived several days later in the mail, signed by staff, expressing their condolences. Words are not enough, but THANK YOU! Tim & Kelli Helton
