I made my first appointment at 11am during my lunch hour. I received 2 confirmation texts, none stating the time, only the date. I arrived at 11am to be told my appointment was at 10:45 and since I was 15 minutes late, the appointmentn had been cancelled. The woman was rude and condescending telling me that I received a text. I explained the text had no time and I had been told 11am. She kept parroting her response stating they would not see me since I had received the text.
