Nice place a far as cleanliness, but the lot space is way to high, there is nepotism and management plays by their own rules. The manager explained to me that she was upset because the previous owners didn't sell the park to her. Later I found out that it was her family who were selling the park. There must have been an issue and now she has sour grapes and takes it out on tenants. I have no problem with there being rules, but the way she does it is busy body- ish. They sold the community to one of those mobile home investment companies who's only concern is to turn a profit. They have raised their lot fees a few hundred dollars over the last few years and have started to charge their residents for water. For a 55 and older community that is chocked full of senior citizens on a fixed income, the increases that they are charging to increase their profits is cruel.
