This apartments have great potential. The manager is Debbie has always been pleasant and very professional in my opinion. She answers and maintenance request in a timely manner and makes sure tenants needs are priority. The property lacks not because of the onsite management, but due to the lack of available resources provided by the owner. Debbie can only do so much. With the little resources given.
Monte Vista Manor in La Habra is a solid choice with renovated kitchens, bathrooms, and handy storage. Love the pool, on-site laundry & the new playground that was built with the soft turf floor for the kiddos, definitely recommend these apartments if your looking for for a quiet complex.
Monte Vista Manor is easily one of the best places to live! The gated community makes it feel safe and secure, and it’s a very nice, quiet, family-oriented complex. The new playground is a huge plus for kids—they absolutely love it—and the pool is always clean and perfect for relaxing on warm days. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming. It really feels like home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to live!
