This is my 2nd time wondering if they even touched the inside of my car. We wont be going back! They hardly vacuumed at all! didnt even move the mats to get the stuff on the edge of them, we folded all the seats down so they could get the back row, and they put the seats back up without even vacuuming back row. Nothing on the inside was wiped down AT ALL. The dash is full of dust, and I had drips on the door from a drink leaking and that wasnt touched either. Went in to get my new car hand washed after a road trip. Absolutely disappointed!!! 3 windows not cleaned, side mirrors not touched, wheels not cleaned, red lint inside and out, scratches and road dirt patches left throughout. Hurts my heart cuz this used to be the place to go. I would’ve complained but really didn’t want them to touch my car afterwards. After spending the extra money for hand wash I had to go home and wash it again. Not cool!!!
the team works very hard summer and winter, doing the stuff you dont want to do. love the place. come on dirty leave purty
We came to get our car washed and as we waited in line we watched a older Caucasian male with a mustache throw the equipment around out of anger and jump into someone's vehicle pull forward and slam it into park makimg some truck jump because of how hard it put it in park before fully stopped. The worst service I’ve had , left truck dirty, interior was dirty as well took almost and hour and was still not clean
Poor communication between cashier and employee's. Car was not done. Very piir job...
