I don’t give 5* lightly but Monte Vista Apartments and Letty deserve more than 5* for their efforts, efficiency and professionalism with their tenants. It’s a great safe clean place to live. No drama no noise and no issues, maintenance is right on it and they always attend to any request made. I couldn’t be happier, the area is clean and landscaping is taken care of, no issues with pest control nor garbage and I can’t get over the peace of quiet we enjoy. The property management here is very unprofessional on 8/5/25 me and my fiancé was coming here to tour the place we got a call early morning from the lady saying someone is there at the management property to let us take a tour of the property/apartment around 3pm, just for her to call me while I’m on the freeway heading to the property to say no one is there today & today is a normal business day this place is very unprofessional don’t even waste your time here.
Seriously consider homelessness before moving into this absolute dump. Worst management company on the planet and would not recommend any bit of this place to my worst enemy.
TLDR; Lack of introductions, communication, and transparency from those entrusted to run the apartment complex I live in. The management lacks transparency and accountability. They refuse to reveal what properly management company they report to. They have repeatedly lied to me, or given me misinformation or consistently changing updates. They fired the manager who was here when I moved in and have refused to introduce themselves as the new managers or give any information about who/what they are doing.
