We got into a dispute where they tried to charge us either a lease cancellation fee or force us into an overpriced month-to-month lease—all because we didn’t give a 60-day notice before the lease end date. This 60-day requirement was never mentioned in any document we signed. It only got resolved in our favor after we had to bring in legal support. Only then did they agree that we could move out at the actual end of our lease, as originally agreed. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
Management in this place is terrible, the access gate never work, that makes homeless people walk in and chill by the pool, gas and water have constant problems, and have to be shut down for hours at least once every couple of weeks, yeah quality of the remodeled stuff is beyond terrible. Not one single shade of the pool was replaced when winds destroyed the old ones over a year ago. Landscaping always starts at 7 am waking you up, it's a terrible place
Currently managed by Trifecta. They suck big time. Great location, horrible management. Nothing gets fixed, no managment on site. Consider yourself warned.
Such a beautiful, boutique property! The neighborhood alone is gorgeous!!
Lived here for 3 years. Don’t live here !!! Management is non existent. So happy I moved Was paying $1600 a month for a total dump With roaches
