They sold the community to one of those mobile home investment companies who's only concern is to turn a profit. They have raised their lot fees a few hundred dollars over the last few years and have started to charge their residents for water. For a 55 and older community that is chocked full of senior citizens on a fixed income, the increases that they are charging to increase their profits is cruel. This is a community where The office staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s a very clean community and one where you can tell it’s a great place to live
