We just moved in and my family and I loves how quiet it is!! I originally gave this place a 5 stars but now three weeks moving in I’m changing it to only low 3 stars. And reason being is .. moving in our master bedroom smells like smoke bad and the maintenance person said the person that use to live in the unit I live in smoked in the bathroom a lot which the managers didn’t even tell us. We just moved in and my family and I loves how quiet it is!! Alison and Cassandra were very helpful and great! The only complain I have is moving in our balcony was not cleaned a bunch of leaves and our washer had a bunch of hair! Also the master bedroom smells like smoke I don’t know if the neighbor is smoking next to us in the unit or it’s the paint from the walls… hope this issue gets resolved soon…. Or else I would’ve gave it 5 stars

Water always off 15/ days out the month. Charge you for maintenance and lockouts. Nice quiet place but that’s it’s
