So far I would say I am satisfied. I do wish the security gates actually worked! It is misleading to use that in their advertising. Also, it would be nice if people picked up after their pets, very irresponsible. The office staff are very nice. The office and maintenance responsiveness is fairly quick and efficient. Brandy, Robert, and Jesus have always been helpful!
Fantastic front office staff. I primarily worked with Cassandra. She is professional, organized, friendly, welcoming, and more. She made everything incredibly easy to get done and into my apartment. All related information was shared upfront. All questions were answered. Reminders were sent via email or text. Cassandra is a angel sent from heaven!!! From the moment I called she was pleasant and up lifting, very professional! Cassandra made signing the lease fun and streamlined. Im so happy to move to Monte Vista!!!
This apartment complex is the most peaceful living experience that I’ve ever had. The management, especially Ms. Cassandra, are exceptionally pleasant. The property is exceptionally well maintained also.
I’ve been at Monte Vista since 2020 and never once have I been disappointed with their service. If there is an issue they address it right away. The grounds are always manicured and clean. The maintenance team is amazing, they provide excellent work with the best attitudes. The leasing office makes you feel welcomed, heard, and valued. When the day comes that I have to move out, I will definitely miss the team here and the beautiful property.
