I've lived at Monte vista apartments in the past, even when it was called Los arbolitos apts and I recently have come back "home" I should say, and the customer service BY FAR HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING!! Starting with Alison (amazing) Cassandra (amazing). Daniel the Property Manager has been so Supportive and understanding and most of all accommodating!! Unethical business practices.
We just “toured” and it was the oddest experience. The front office staff were nice but the lady who helped us was so loud. We also were sent to tour by ourselves which we feel is not great customer service because we couldn’t ask questions as we walked. It really set the tone for the rest of our experience. We honestly felt like it was a waste of time and really had no desire to even entertain the idea of living there.
