Great place to live, great neighborhood. George is the man and will fix anything wrong in the apartment. I have to take one star off because of the insulation. It is really bad and needs to be redone. If we didn’t have the heater on throughout the winter it would’ve sucked. Summer is bearable only because of portable AC.

Good neighborhood. The management is very professional. I lived there for 1 year (2022-2023) and didn’t have any issues from moving in to moving out.
Old and outdated apt. Has only two 3 prong outlets that aren’t grounded in the entire unit, gets very hot and stuffy because of bad airflow, and bug problems. Management is shady, charges for normal wear and tear on deposit.
