I lived at Monte Sierra Apartments for almost 6 years. The location is a win. Also very quite and safe neighborhood. George was very helpful with maintenance and overall I had a great experience living there.
This place has roaches and the property manager is so naive. If you like small bug infested units with poor property management, this is your place.
Great place to live, great neighborhood. George is the man and will fix anything wrong in the apartment. I have to take one star off because of the insulation. It is really bad and needs to be redone. If we didn’t have the heater on throughout the winter it would’ve sucked. Summer is bearable only because of portable AC.
