Dr Monte Bernhagen is deceased, but I believe they have a new prescriber starting soon. In the interim, already established patients can get prescriptions refilled, as long as there's no need for any sort of changes to be made. The number listed was to someone at Pine Rest in Grand Rapids. All of this aside, it’s an excellent place for mental health needs.
