In trying to rent here, they use an inaccurate tenant screening program called Rent Grow. They inaccurately reported that I had a balance from my last rental, when that never made it to my credit report…you know why? bc there’s NO balance. My new property was able to look into it and see that there’s no balance. The property manger at Monte Bello doesn’t look into it or acknowledge facts. I have lived in the Monte Bello apartment complex for over 2 years and if I had to do it all over again I would. The apartment staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Unique is such a true asset to the company and as I get to know new staff member Wolf I am sure he will be as well
