Too many units, units needs work, sells because of fireplaces, parking sucks, it’s a gang in here called Iryana I see them everywhere they throw trash in the parking lots, all the high school kids use the pool a lot do not even live here one punched a leasing lady In the face. Mailboxes broken into the first month I lived here, office personnel ok moving in and hell afterwards. I have kids and moving from this place my lease is up this month thank god!
I am very happy to be here at this safe place since 2021.
So recently on December 7 I applied for the apartment and never heard back until I called on the 11th with no communication from anybody until I finally called them and found out I was denied because my credit is crappy, which is understandable but they said I could get a cosigner that makes 5 times to rent. Who the hell is going to make that type of money and co-sign for somebody?? so now today Sunday the 15th I called to find out where my holding deposit is and they still haven’t even started the refund.
