COMPLETELY FLOODED- UNIT DESTROYED BY PROPERTY AND THEY HELD US RESPONSIBLE!!! Monte Azul Intentionally flooded our unit to put a disabled elderly woman at risk and would not cooperate with us in any form and intended to continue hurting us all until the woman in question was dead and after her death they are seeking payment for an unoccupied unit. Other than management being rude and that no one ever answers the phones, there’s a pest problem that doesn’t get solved, but the buildings are ok, management does enforce rules on residents which makes it a safe place to live. Security guards on site also do a good job, Maintance guys are super helpful, fast and professional with repairs and this place is very pet friendly. Do recommend it 👍🏻

Had a viewing appointment at 2pm today and Sergio never showed up and the office was closed saying they will return at 2pm. Had my wife and kids waiting there for 20 mins looking dumb . Going to look elsewhere as this is a very bad first impression.
