Reviews are fake the top ones are the MONTHLY employees they have. Every month to say the least they have a new “Manager “ been here for 5 yrs but this 2025 year has been the worst ever! No one knows what’s going on you can’t pay through a portal anymore to make sure you payments are made. They ask for cashiers checks but then say you have not paid your months and come at you with all kinds of fees! Every MONTH is the same thing! I hate this place I now have to lawyer up! No stars is what this place needs!!!!
I absolutely love living here at Monte Azul apartments. I just want to thank Roxanne she is very professional and very knowledgeable. She has a beautiful smile and is very welcoming. I also want to thank Tina for her support in helping you ladies are amazing.
Went apartment hunting and had the opportunity meet Roxanna and the team. She was very helpful, gave us a tour, explained everything very well. The team was very understanding and answer all questions we had, very patient when signing the lease. Very grateful with the new management, Super friendly, enjoying our new home . Thanks Team/Management! 100% recommend this place.
