I’m writing this anonymously out of concern for retaliation. Which should already tell you something. This review isn’t about the apartments themselves but specifically about the apartment manager. The environment she creates is hostile. Tenants and even employees walk on eggshells. It feels more like a toxic high school than a professional community. I'm writing this because I'm incredibly upset about how my brother has been treated by management at Monte Azul Apartment Homes. After he spoke with the front office and was told that partial payments would be accepted, he came home to an eviction notice saying the opposite. This kind of miscommunication is not just frustrating—it’s devastating. He’s been trying to do the right thing, stay in touch, and work out a solution.
