⚠️ WARNING — Be very careful dealing with Monte Azul Apartments I am extremely disappointed with how Monte Azul Apartments has handled a serious payment issue involving my disabled mother. Monte Azul issued my mother a check for over $1,500, which she deposited into her Citibank account. There has been an ongoing issue with the check, and Citibank has told her that the check could not be properly verified. Be warned of this property management's teams. They gave good quotes with free rents and promo moving costs of 500 USD if applying within 24 hours as "BAITS". In less than 24 hours, they CHANGED their quotes and CHARGED new rents of more than 200 USD per month on the same apartment on their website's links of applications..Obviously, they don't understand what it meant to "HONORS" their worthless words. CANCELLED ASAP.. PERIOD..
Cockroach infested apartments. They don’t care to remove them either. Management sucks. You’re better off somewhere else
Me and my wife loved this property and everything it has to offer. We had the privilege of touring with Samantha and Jim!! Who are great people and very welcoming!
