I have absolutely loved living at this apartment complex. My commute into nyc has been a breeze because the train is right across the street and I left 5 minutes before my train. I also have had no issues here and the living space is gorgeous! It has so much room and everything feels new. Our leasing professional Audi in the management office has been wonderful the past 2.5 years. She always answered my questions and made sure packages are put in the closet for you to pick up. Living at the Montclarion at Bay Street has been amazing! Audi, who coordinated our move from the beginning was super helpful, professional, and kind, making the process so smooth. She was able to find us the perfect unit for our needs and was there for anything we needed. Highly recommend this building it truly has everything and feels like home! Great location, nice building, very helpful staff! Convenient location to the Bay Street station and walking distance to the restaurants down Bloomfield Ave. Audi (Aurelia), the property manager is really helpful and Michelle and Johnny (building supers) were always quick to respond and the building is well taken care of. The apartments themselves have a good layout, the hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen look great, and there's good kitchen storage. Top notch experience renting at the Montclarion at Bay Street Station for the past year. The building is great, but the staff really makes it feel like home. Aurelia in Leasing and Michelle in maintenance were absolutely wonderful and always incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking in the area.
