I was at a moment where I needed to get work done to my house and needed a place to stay. I did several searches around Mountclair, especially looking for accessibility. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience living at the Montclarion. Since moving into Montclarion 6 months ago, my stay has been great. Aurelia (Audi), the leasing manager is very thoughtful and takes excellent care of the building. It has been a pleasant experience living here since the day of the apartment tour with her. We lived at the Montclarion for a year and were ready to sign another lease for 18 months but had to move out of state for a job opportunity. The leasing manager Aurelia (Audi) is great and was just as helpful with our move-in as she was with our move-out. The building supers Michelle and Johnny are also great and keep things super clean. We had some issues with loud music from neighbors when we first moved in, but things greatly improved when we raised the issue. This has been an amazing place to live! The apartments themselves feel spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. The appliances are relatively new and maintenance is quick to fix any issues we have. Audi is also incredibly helpful with any questions and does a great job of keeping the common areas looking clear and free of clutter. I highly recommend living at the Montclarion on Bay Street. From day one, Audi, the Leasing Professional, has been welcoming, friendly, easy to connect with, and goes above and beyond to answer questions or assist with maintenance issues. The building is very well maintained. Every time I have family over, they always compliment the cleanliness of the building. Also, the location is excellent – steps away from the train station and a short walk to fabulous restaurants.
