amazing first apt for me!! The maintenance is amazing there. never had any issues with anything. absolutely lovely staff. 11/10 would recommend.
The Montclarion at Bay Street is terrific. I take the train to work and having access to the Bay Street Station across the street is amazing. The walls and the windows are virtually soundproof and the maintenance by Michelle and Johnny is quick, efficient and courteous. Audi (Aurelia Soto) in the leasing apartment made everything for my move in super easy and was there to guide me anytime I had a question or concern.
Love the Montclarion! Apartments are spacious and well equipped. The building is well maintained. Super conveniently located to the train station to quickly get you into the city. Walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown Montclair. Audi from Aurelia Leasing Professional is fantastic! Knowledgeable, resourceful and just so kind!
My stay here has been great so far. My mom actually found this apartment and I signed my lease before seeing it myself. Audi has been very helpful and informative. My boyfriend and our dog joined my lease afterwards and she made that process as smooth as she could. She’s very attentive and by the book, but not in a harsh way, just professional and doing her job. Also this was the cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved into. I was at a moment where I needed to get work done to my house and needed a place to stay. I did several searches around Mountclair, especially looking for accessibility. The possibilities or basically guided to me a few places are unavailable. What’s the availability at these apartments, it fits so perfect for me. It was the best location because the train station is right across the street and buses are located at each corner.
