I have been waiting 2 months for a refund of $100 for an application fee. I was supposed to recieve it in september. I have had to call more times than I can count. I spoke with the leasing agent the begining of October and she told me that there was a change in management and someone didnt process my refund. I was told repeatedly that I would recieve a call, never did. I called again last week and was told that it would be escalated to management and she would see if it can be credited back to my card instead of a check. I ... read more
As I am reading complaints prior to this calendar year of 2018 ... I see that New Management has NOT made much difference as I am here to complain about some of the SAME. But my one issue is that the current Property Manager Elizabeth V*********, or anyone currently in the office (Terika, Jose) does not return emails or calls to tenants with valid issues ... Such as flooding units or bathroom repairs that were promised to be fixed prior to move in and now it's been 2 months. (May to July) Also still have to mention the ROACH... read more
Terrible place and the management is awful. It's a cheap apartment for Charlotte, but not worth it. I feel gross just being in my apartment.
This place is horrible. I've been here for 9 long months now and I've been back and forth that entire time over various maintenance issues. They will tell you they will return to finish the job and never return to finish. They are absolutely awful. The office rarely answers the phone and NEVER returns calls after leaving voicemails as well as having no email address. Takes entirely to long to do minor repairs. The fridge & stove are both damaged yet they won't replace or fix them. The roach problem here is ridiculous. Its constantly trashy looking outside since they don't clean the litter up.if you have guests they'll probably get towed since there's only one guest parking spot per 6 buildings. Its also ghetto as h*ll at night. Honestly this complex is garbage, & its only getting worse. Definitely not renewing the lease.
Many people might have bad opinions about this place and the people who work there.....but trust me its not the truth from the old management to this new system is such a great improvement...Communication is key to everything so if you have a problem breath and understand they will help you....I really enjoy staying here and calling this place home....
