The Central West End is a century old community filled with eclectic shop, small restaurants and lively bars. Montclair on the Park borders scenic Forest Park and prestigious Barnes Jewish Hospital. In 2015, Montclair on the Park went thru a massive renovation and ended up with a new lobby, fitness center, laundry center and rooftop terrace. Spacious apartments were updated with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and designer lighting.

Good service and very nice!
I lived here until September 2024, and it was an absolute nightmare. When I first toured the apartment virtually in 2023 (moved from out of state), everything seemed fine on video. But moving in was a different story. The bathroom had no active ventilation—just an open vent and no window. I quickly discovered this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it made the bathroom unusable. Foul odors traveled through the vent, making it unbearable to even step inside. Don't rent they rip you off. They tell you that it's just rent plus utilities but they have lots of hidden fees. And the staff are very disrespectful of the renters.
Kind worker who gets the job done well. He’s very considerate of the resident’s time.
What an unwelcoming place that is managed by power-hungry individuals who will go to great lengths to cover up their own incompetence. I've spent, so far, $160+ on parking fees, and I've been at the complex for two weeks. Immediately upon moving in, I requested (in writing) a "parking sticker." (Actual words I used.) I was sent a contract and directions for supplying additional required information.
