TLDR: If you’re thinking about renting from here. Please turn back, it is NOT high end. It is NOT a good place. I genuinely feel scammed and don’t want the same to happen to you. On the first day of my lease when I was moving in my stuff, I discovered a leak in the ceiling. I WAS SO OFFENDED, I would never want to pull the racism card but I fear there is no other explanation. The attitude and treatment I received from this front desk staff member were completely uncalled for and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. All I wanted was to pick up my package, yet instead of simply assisting me, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve such a basic issue.
