Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience. My boyfriend placed a flower order a day in advance to be delivered for my birthday—and it never showed up. It is April 21 and still no delivery, no explanation, nothing. To make it worse, he called to follow up and they hung up on him and never even bothered to call back. If I could put 10/10 stars I would! I could not have had a better experience here. They provided beautiful plants and arrangements for my aunt’s funeral. Chad’s patience and temperament really helped make the process easy. The beautiful arrangements made a really hard day a bit easier. I cannot thank him enough.

Beautiful arrangement, extremely timely with the turnaround for delivery and great customer service! Local to Montclair/Bloomfield and a great place to purchase any form of flowers! They did a great job!
