If I could give 0 stars I would. While the unit itself is nice for how old it is. The maintenance men only do patch work, they don't resolve the actual problem and they don't speak english so you can't even explain anything to them. I have only been here 2 months and we have had issues since moving in. The fridge did not work when we moved in, there was black mold in the restroom and a fly infestation that we still are trying to resolve on our own at this point because the maintenance men are useless. We lived in this place for about 3 years. First two years we stayed there because of the pandemic and we renewed our contract for the third year because they hired a new property manager, so we thought things could eventually get better. Unfortunately, there is nothing good about this place. I acknowledge that the new property manager (Natalie) is much better than the previous one -- which was virtually nonexistent -- but it is still not a place to live.
