I initially overlooked this property because many of the online reviews are older. Since the management company changed back, the service and upkeep has improved significantly. The apartments are very spacious, and the gated community is quiet and safe. There is also plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. The location is hard to beat. It is within walking distance of the Medical Center, making it extremely convenient for me. The rental rates are also very reasonable for the amount of space you get.
I loved it! because I had a wonderful back yard. I lived at the end unit so it was larger than other yards. I built a deck and enclosed the patio. I grew lots of plants and was able to fit a trampoline and a swing in the yard. We had a lot of butterfly's and birds visiting - Giant Swallow Tail as I grew lemon trees and Monarchs as I grew Mexican milkweed. We could see the fireworks from Rice U graduation every year.
