Property management manager Martha is very rude & should have to follow the same rules as the residence in the complex seen drinking at the pool I called the club house left voicemails nobody has gotten back to me they can also clean the walking area by the pool it’s dirty for rent to be between 2,000 thousand to 3,500 thirty five hundred also can do better with scheduling repairs for apartments I had two Strangers come to my house with out my knowledge to work on a window repair with out my notice so basically moved in with... read more
Great place to live very peaceful ! Close to everything you need, with great amenities. Staff is super helpful when anything needed to be addressed. No real concerns; you’re getting what you paid for.
I’ve lived at Montclair for almost 5 years, and it has been an amazing experience from all aspects. Not only is the neighborhood peaceful, grounds well kept and the amenities are great, but also the community and neighbors are very pleasant and friendly. Additionally, the office and maintenance staff are wonderful people who care about the community they serve. It’s been an absolute pleasure to reside here and I look forward to many more years.
