I was a tenant at this apartment for almost 2 years and paying nearly $3,000 a month. The quality of these apartments are subpar for what you pay each month. You would expect more paying that amount of money. The club house is decent, but the pool is always overcrowded, and the gym could use a lot more equipment. My main issue with this place is when you move out and they nickel & dime you for everything. They expect everything to look brand new and we take a lot of pride in the way our home is kept. Montclair at Partridge Creek is a great community! The amenities are top notch and the community is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. It's a beautiful place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and so much to enjoy right at your doorstep!
Not clear our Partridge Creek is a beautiful community located in Clinton Township. The community is beautiful with several amenities from swimming pool that is heated and saltwater to a patio with a fire pit for all the residents to enjoy. I think I would find myself happy living here.
Montclair at Partridge Creek is a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I love the resort-style amenities like the heated saltwater pool, fitness center, sauna, and outdoor firepit. The location is perfect; close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend!
