Shilah or Shyla. Unsure of the spelling lol. Super informative on Montclair. She didn’t hesitate to answer all our questions and was quick with explaining the bill breakdown. We did decide to go else where but if we ever need to move again I believe Montclair will be our stop.
The office staff at Montclaire are pretty good about communication. However, the maintenance staff are super inconsiderate and don't communicate hardly at all even with the office staff. This makes it super hard to coordinate things like getting minors or pets out of the unit or clearing items from an area they need to access. It's been two weeks they've been popping in and out of our unit, saying they are completely done then coming back an hour later needing access.
