Two different associates in store today, one was very nice but the second one was sooo rude that I actually just left. Looks like I’m not the only with this type of experience!
I bought a watch on 01/07/2023. In the first few days I noticed that something was wrong, the watch was not running well. I called the store and they told me they would call me back. Until today I have been waiting and they have not called me. I do not recommend this store, because they sold me a watch that does not work well.
Employees at this location discriminate and are very judgmental based on your appearance. I would advise Robert the manager and staff to not judge people. It is unprofessional and unacceptable for people working in retail.
