Bought a wallet, zipper broke just after the two year warranty expired, customer service phone line basically said im SOL and they're only recommendation was i mail it to New York and pay to have it repaired out of pocket.... not durable products, purely for fast fashion.
I have had amazing experiences at this Montblanc boutique. The entire team goes miles out of their way to ensure you’re happy with your selections and that they fit your style and needs. Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable, but a special shoutout to Ms. Nasim Rezaei for being a special talent at this boutique and for working with her clients tirelessly.
