Disappointing customer experience for a high end boutique store. Gentleman helping me did not know how to use the computer to check me out, it took 10 minutes to print out a receipt, and the receipt had someone else's name on it, it didn't leave a positive impression.
I must say that Michelle delivers white glove, first class service. She’s my “go to” when it comes to finding a particular Montblanc writing instrument or product.
Very nice location: clean, professional, very knowledgeable, highly recommended. Go there and you'll find whatever you need....or not!
Amazing service. Thanks Logan Toney for your assistance in making sure the device went smoothly and was ready in time.
Absolutely great experience. Immediately comfortable, immediately taken care-of. Edwin* was excellent and his muted enthusiasm - coupled with his love for the instruments - was infectious. I’ll come back to this location for my next big purchase, no doubt.
