We really enjoyed our experience today with consultant Michelle. This store is stunning - love the colors, lighting and layout, and the service was warm and inviting. I got to take my time and learn about the history of different products. The passionate team made it a fun visit, I cant wait to purchase my first pieces.

Luxury brand that does not stand behind their product quality. Received a nice belt as a gift, wore it a few times, buckle started to peel. It can’t be repaired but they won’t replace it unless I brought in the box. When I did they said they can’t replace it unless I got a copy of the receipt from the “gifter”. Ultimately, my warranty card was not “stamped” by them so they can’t do anything. Multiple layers of management and customer service put so much time and effort to find a way to say no.
