Worst store , and very bad image for Montblanc
Bad customer service!!! do not buy
I have to really commend Laura at this Montlbanc location for outstanding customer service, and she did it all without me ever walking into the boutique. I wanted a specific pen that was no longer available online but was in stock at this Aventura location. Since I don't live close to the store, Laura sent me numerous pictures and videos of the pen beyond what was available online so that I could better evaluate it. Expecting the same quality I bought a set of headphones a year ago, and due to normal use they broke. Not sure if defective or bad quality design so brought them back to the store and long story short they offered a 25% discount on a new set. There is no option to repare and no warranty for a 700 USD headphones!! Stay away from those headphones. They are junk!!!
This location is Montblanc only in name; certainly not in service. I brought in an item which needed to be repaired, simply to gather more information about the process, since the Montblanc website directs customers to go directly to the boutique.
