Incredibly rude service. Wildly disappointing experience being there, would not recommend.
Have an amazing experience with Betty, since the moment I entered the store(even that I came late when they were closing) she received me with a big smile and absolutely stunning service, she took her time to show me every piece I was interested in and finally close the sale! Awesome service.

Bad customer service!!! do not buy
I have to really commend Laura at this Montlbanc location for outstanding customer service, and she did it all without me ever walking into the boutique. I wanted a specific pen that was no longer available online but was in stock at this Aventura location. Since I don't live close to the store, Laura sent me numerous pictures and videos of the pen beyond what was available online so that I could better evaluate it.
