I normally just window shop here but Elena was so helpful without being overbearing that I walked out with a belt. Made a couple cuts to get it just right, which I appreciated

I dropped in to check out some fountain pens and when I asked if I could take a look at a specific model, I was literally only given a terse "no" and a scowl. Genuinely the rudest interaction I've had in a while.

Went there to buy a unique roller ball pen as a graduation present. The service was excellent. They wrapped everything as a gift item and got me out of there fairly quickly.
