Purchased 2 pens a while back (for eventual graduations). Was told at the time of purchase that Montblanc offers free engravings, and I could bring the pens back anytime to get that done (a guidance that had been reaffirmed over time). The policy has apparently changed—the engraving’s now only free if you get them done promptly after purchase. The $35 fee/pen won’t break the bank, but it amounts to nickel and diming. Montblanc has been a disappointment. At least i won’t be repeating my mistake.

By far my new favorite timepiece and their pens are amazing. I definitely recommend, Montblanc to anyone in the market for a new pen or stunning timepiece, I recommend the Iced Sea 1858 watch as its the one I have. The movement is amazing and the dial is so unique.

Have several pens and gifted others to my family. The nearest Montblanc store closed some time ago and ordered pen refills online. They were ordered on Jan 16 and still not here by Feb2. The Montblanc site shows my order had been delivered and the fedex site shows it has not. The tracking link on the Montblanc site gives me a 404 error message. Email with Customer service last week and Monica said it was taking up to 21 days to get these. I am not aware of any fed ex or usps (book rate included) shipment taking this long. Pa... read more

The middle aged lady sales associate was horrible! Bought several pens and journals from north park store. Arrived at the store looking for this bag, $3000.00 she never heard of it, and brushed me off. I would have thought she would have offered to order it for me.
