I purchased a $509 pen, but the experience made it feel like I was buying a $5 pen. The entire staff needs training to match the level of a luxury pen boutique rather than making customers feel like they’re purchasing a $1 Bic. They lack courtesy and proper sales etiquette. We live in Nebraska and Carolyn helped us order a fountain pen that was out of stock online but in stock at the store to be shipped to our house. Wonderful customer service. She shipped it overnight. Thank you!

Came into the store with my mother and sister looking for some stationary and pen for my father. This year for Xmas we as a family are getting each other writing instruments and stationary. When we walked in my sister and I asked the older sales associate if she had some stationary to look at it and pens and told her our gift idea.
