First off let me say I love Montblanc products and own a handful of them but, I tried calling this boutique to inquire about a new strap for my timewalker more than once, even gave them my info and the watch info and I never heard back from them. Fortunately my parents live in Scottsdale and I was able to get my pen serviced there and shown options for my watch strap. I love Chicago but I hate how difficult the luxury shops can be. Good with sales when you are there, but follow up was amongst the worst. Customized order was difficult to get follow up on and they rarely returned calls.
The room itself felt very refined. I found a beautiful pen that just felt perfect in my hand, a truly exceptional writing instrument. Service was helpful, though I felt a little rushed towards the end of my visit.
