I was recently in the store looking around and was helped by the most amazing lady. Mary was incredible! I did not purchase that day but reached back out to her about a certain pen for my anniversary. She went above and beyond and found it and to my surprise was able to have it in my hands for the special day. I am in retail and know what it means to have wonderful salespeople. Recently, my wife and I purchased a new fabulous Montblanc Perfume. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Mary Cosgrave who was just delightful. She was atentive & very lovely. First off let me say I love Montblanc products and own a handful of them but, I tried calling this boutique to inquire about a new strap for my timewalker more than once, even gave them my info and the watch info and I never heard back from them. Fortunately my parents live in Scottsdale and I was able to get my pen serviced there and shown options for my watch strap. I love Chicago but I hate how difficult the luxury shops can be.
