I made myself a promise of buying a montblanc one day when i was good enough with my caligraphy sept 1 was the day! I went in and was treated great and with much respect from Helen Orth! She did guide me through the pen i wanted let me try a couple of nibs even though im pretty sure ef would be the perfect one they had none :) but for now its ok thanks for everything and im pretty sure ill be a returning customer for many more pens! Writing with a montblanc is a learning curve but im loving it thank you!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Montblanc, although I’ve never purchased a pen, one of these days I would love to from this boutique. I went in for cufflinks and Gabriel was incredibly nice and helpful, as were the two other gentleman and one woman in the store at the time. Regretfully, I didn’t get everyone’s names, but each one of them was kind to me and in good spirits. It’s refreshing when customer service is good, but doesn’t feel forced!
