Good with sales when you are there, but follow up was amongst the worst. Customized order was difficult to get follow up on and they rarely returned calls.
The room itself felt very refined. I found a beautiful pen that just felt perfect in my hand, a truly exceptional writing instrument. Service was helpful, though I felt a little rushed towards the end of my visit.
My SA, Matthew, was a dream to work with. He really knew his history behind each pen. But the ink!!! Absolutely stunning! Especially Homage to Bram Stoker's, a purple, which is gorgeous. I'll be back because some ink colors were OOS.
I ordered a pen for my wife for our anniversary and had it sent to the Chicago store so that we could just “stop in to browse” and surprise her. I emailed Veronica to let her know when we would come by. When we arrived her entire staff phenomenally maintained the surprise until the last minute.
