bad customer service I used to stay here all the time and the rooms were pretty clean, we usually stayed in the same room. Well one night that room wasn't available and so they gave us another room, which was dirty and there was stuff left in there from the previous people that stayed there. So I went back out and told the manager and they called us liars and said all the other rooms were booked (which was I am sure was a lie). So I asked for a refund and she rudely gave it back.
