Transferred from the Mountain home Ar Dels which weren't as bad but definitely not good. It's quiet and a nice place friendly neighbors and The Dels corporation is fast to respond to problems and are very easy to work with.
We recently decided to rent from The Dels located in Licking,Missouri. There was a relatively automated and quick way to apply to rent. The community tends to be quiet and clean. The company is responsive to maintenance requests. We have not been disappointed in our experience and would recommend renting. The apartment is an efficiency apartment and although small it is a cozy place that you can easily make into a home.
