Never been a montara resident but lived next to 2 of their houses for the last 4 years and anytime a tenant moves out their maintenance people are only there for a few days and 80% of the time they are are “working” they are outside snooping at other people’s stuff or having their significant other go through neighbors trash. Everytime we get new neighbors and visit the houses don’t even look like they clean or fix any damages. Montara village refers to the village/ subdivision not that slumlord business/ leasing office. Getting tired of the confusion - montara leasing is not the only leasing agency/ landlords out here

Don’t more here! My sister heater went out right before a weekend snow storm, she called in a work order and they never came out to fix it! She has 3 little one, which one was sick at the time and they did not care, just kept giving her the run around. Luckily family and friends ran out blankets, space heaters and wood to help, but if the electricity would have went out she would have eventually ran out of wood also!
