I had a carbon monoxide leak from my furnace it took them three and a half weeks to get it fixed when they know that I'm on a fixed income I had to go live in the mission I came back every couple days to check if they fixed the problem they said they'll get to it as soon as possible I finally got a hold of one of the maintenance men working on another property he said they never put in a work order then ran into him two weeks later he said that he finally just got it and he finally admitted that the upper management just doe... read more
I lived in this area for about 4 years. This is my first full year with this company. We had a few little hiccups with the rental office when trying to move in but the rest has been great. Maintenance comes fast, the place was clean upon move in, and the location is great. Some streets are better than others it seems. Rent is fair and I will be staying.
Maintenance at Montara Village is non-existent you can complain about things not working they will never fix them when I moved in my trash cans we're full of garbage that I had to dispose of myself has to be the worst place I've ever lived in by far it's a dump they're nothing but straight up slumlords
