I realize a lot of dealership service centers may try to lie or cheat, but Acura Montano has made it a master class. The only reason I brought our car here is because that’s where we were required to take it previously per our warranty. I brought my Acura in to this dealership before my warranty expired because I was experiencing a serious issue — the check engine light came on and the car lost power during a road trip. I explained what had happened but They told me there was nothing wrong with it. A few months later, the exact same thing happened on another trip, and now my warranty is expired. literally just walked around shocked at how nice/ helpful and respectful everyone was here, i mean everyone. going to any dealership feels like pulling teeth in most of my experiences but the cashier, the parts department, even service everyone was above and beyond, getting parts was laidback and so easy my brain didn’t even want to cross-shop to compare prices
Dealership is a scam, they will not help you out. They just want money and during a recall inspections certain parts were bad and they wanted to pay a tech to pull a part off the shelf to replace even though they had the existing part off. They rather let you go on a bad belt and say I would not drive it, scare tactic from worthless dealership. Reasons why the world is bad, corrupt people and businesses.
