My 2025 Acura MDX A-Spec, purchased new in November 2024, had its A/C compressor fail at around 26,000 miles. I don't have the time or space to go over my entire experience with Montano Acura. But here's a quick review. Best car I have ever owned. RDX with the tech package. Fantastic. And the dealership is honest, trustworthy, fair and professional. Specifically, a salesperson named Tina. Knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I’ve been here three times. My schedule doesn’t permit me to come in the middle of the day. If you are greeted by Tina and it is close to closing, just go home! She isn’t interested in working one minute past closing. Looks like we will be driving to Arizona for a new car.
I just had the most unimaginable experiences with Montano Acura. My car wouldn’t start and the dealership was closed for the weekend plus Memorial holidays. My wife and I were on a road trip to go back to North Carolina And Virginia for our nephews wedding. I dislike the safety features on my new MDX, Im not allowed to make permanent adjustments to turn off the safty sensors. Looking forward to leaving Acura in the dust. LEXUS here I come
