I just had the most unimaginable experiences with Montano Acura. My car wouldn’t start and the dealership was closed for the weekend plus Memorial holidays. My wife and I were on a road trip to go back to North Carolina And Virginia for our nephews wedding. We had bought a used Acura TL with low miles in full for about 16k. Not even 20days from purchase the headlight went out. I had first called my salesperson to try and see why such a new purchase was already giving me issues if a diagnostic was performed before purchase, salesperson never even answered or returned my call. Original reviw: I read the excellent reviews about buying experience and am disappointed that we have not experienced the same. We have previously purchased from this dealer and were interested in purchasing a MDX but were pushed hard towards leasing and financing through them which scared us off. When requesting a cash purchase quote on an in-stock car, we did not recieve a response. Not sure what to make of this other than they might prefer to lease and finance direclty to customers, so they can maximize their profits. Oh ... read more
