We frequently have business meetings at rib and chop. I normally get a sweet tea and the salmon- very tasty. I also love their sweet potato fries. The last time I was in, however they were out of the salmon and I don’t know if they were just having an off night but I ordered the buffalo chicken and it was very dry. The service is always great and they refunded that so not a big deal. Definitely would recommend for business meetings.

Rib and Chop Houses are regional restaurants that serve quality meats, sides, and beverages. This small chain has never disappointed us. Whether in Sheridan, WY, Butte, or Bozeman, MT, the food has always been excellent and an excellent value for decades. In 2025, I'm disappointed that family favorite items - squash casserole, and sweet potatoes - have been removed from the menu. Traveling on vacation. Steaks were fair. Baked potatoe wonderful. Service was good. The only negative point is do not expect an upscale eating experience. We were placed in what was called dining area and a large TV was playing The Simpson. It was not relaxing or enjoyable.

Great food and good lunch specials. From out of town but travel to Montana often and this is always where I stop for lunch after the airport.
