Ms. Desiree Martinez is a very bad person. She charges for things that were never cleared during the previous administration. She likes to burn people's credit. Never rent with Palms. We were without air conditioning for a year. She charges double for water, and we still have bills that had already been paid. Person who takes advantage, makes excessive charges for everything.

La persona encargada de esta propiedad no puede con su trabajo. La basura pasa hasta que los contenedores están desbordandose de basura, esta lleno de perros, las hierbas están muy crecidas, no limpian. Si se te descompone algo no lo arreglan, nadamas mandan a mantenimiento a ver pero no arreglan nada. Suben la renta pero no mantienen el lugar en condiciones agradables, parece que esta abandonado.
