Just want to give a wonderful Shout Out to the Office Staff at Montana Valley Apartments! They went above and beyond expectations to make sure I received a last minute Christmas mail package this past weekend. Since it contained gifts for my grandchildren, I am so very grateful for their thoughtfulness. Thank You, guys, you are the best!

Maintenance is basically unhelpful. I notified management of a racoon problem 6 months ago, not only did they "forget" to fix the problem, they told me there wasn't anything found. Now, as we prepare for winter, I hear and have recorded animal footsteps and scratching on my ceilings and in vents and they're too busy to fix it. I work two full time jobs and can't sleep because I think they're going to burst into my apartment. Loss of Sleep=Loss of Income=Rent not being paid. Calling up escrow companies as I type!
I have to say this has been the worse apartment i have had. Been having the same A/C issues since May. I have called the office multiple times about my air not working properly, they have sent matinence out 3 or 4 times and they always say it seems fine. And there is no problem. I come home everyday to my apartment being 74 and 75 degrees. Today it is currently 78 degrees. After my last call they tell me there is nothing else they can do meanwhile my duke bill has reached 200$ a month because of this. Im supposed to just liv... read more
We checked out Montana Valley and ended up putting our applications in and putting a deposit down but then something came up in life so we ended up having to cancel. Instead of just telling us we were out of luck with the $100 earnest money, Amanda helped us out and made sure we got a refund for it. She's been nothing less than helpful and anyone who has the privilege of having her help them is very lucky. Thanks again Amanda we appreciate it!
