Very Plz'ed for my mom
I have loved living in this place. unfortunately the man that lives on the top floor who is bullying and abuse me got a bed the kind that vibrate. This bed sounds like a plane when he turns it on. I could not tolerate this noise. The bed was taken. But that's were my nitemare began. He follow me all thru rooms and makes noise .
