I recently had a very disappointing experience at Montana Salon on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM. While I’ve always appreciated the quality and service at this salon, this visit left me feeling deeply disheartened. Montana Salon is amazing. Lilly, Avery, Natalie and Andi did an amazing job on my hair. It's so soft and healthy. The color pops! I feel like Poison Ivy. Beautiful 😍
I got my hair colored last spring, and the service was PHENOMENAL. Adam bleached & colored my hair, and he bleached it in a way that made it still look great even after it faded. My hair also took a long time to do fully, so he stayed in the salon after hours to finish just to make sure it looked perfect. Can’t recommend Adam & the rest of these lovely people enough :)
I have been coming to this salon for a while. Each time I’ve not been greeted with any comment or hello. I usually don’t mind and just check in. My daughter and I usually go together (she’s a kiddo) and the stylist usually comes to her very warm. I’ve not had the same experience, but hers is more important. This last time, I saw Michael and I ask for a trim. I have (had) hair to almost my waist. No layers. He proceeded to chop off over 6 inches and give me layers.
