Absolutely horrible customer interaction. Constantly being distracted by having a child in the office is likely what caused them to not tell us our closing was pushed back in time, costing us thousands of dollars, then not even taking responsibility or apologizing for it! Held our listing hostage until we signed a paper saying we wouldn't sue them. Do NOT trust these people.

Very good property management. I am glad we chose Clark and Shane and Somer to manage our place. Highly recommend them.
Everyone who works in this office is professional and knowledgeable. One of the realtors (Ryan) helped me purchase an investment home in Kalispell a few years ago and another one of the employees (Shane) manages it for me. They have always been extremely helpful and given me great advice about the local real estate market. I have recommended them to friends who are looking for investment or retirement property and I have 100% confidence in doing so.
