Mandy helped me buy my house. Even though I felt like I prepared as much as I could I had no idea what I was doing. She walked me through the process and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend her for any first time home buyer. Her negotiation skills helped me purchase the first house I offered on. When we found out the house had issues we weren't anticipating she had multiple contractors out there in the next few days to give their opinion. I couldn't have done it without Mandy!
