Have nothing but good things to say. Always very friendly, and tentative to all our needs. Jim has been AMAZING at making sure I always have what I need, and that our printer is in great working order. Jim and his crew always go above, and beyond with their service.
Jim and Dawn ROCK! After 9 years of excellence service, I can honestly say Montana Ink & Toner is the place to go! We have a rather unusual printer with ink that has to be special ordered. Jim and his staff will get to me within 2 days and have never failed us! 9 years - 0 issues!
I work at Bison Ford & love dealing with Jim & Dawn & the rest of the crew. They are always courteous & quick getting us the toners we need. If we have problems with any of our printers they come over & help us out.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jim & Dawn for over a decade. In that time, they have provided Advanced Foot & Ankle Center with nothing short of exemplary service and friendly professionalism.
