I had them cut a piece of glass for a coffee table that was 2 inches off!! I live in Idaho, so it’s not like I can just come back and pick up a new one. They wouldn’t give me a refund and offered to cut a new piece...so I’m supposed to wait a year, until the next time I’m in MT, to have glass for my coffee table?!!! I will never do business with them again and most certainly would not recommend it to anyone else!!
