This Bank handled my loan when I went to them and told them I was considered a nobody with NO Credit at all! and they loaned the money to me just to get me going and start my line of credit. This Bank I feel is Great and number one in my books! Great help and yes talks to you and hear what you have to say. thank you, Montana Federal Credit Union.
I, a nonmember, went today to pick up a check arranged by a member. The three people sitting at the front desk were so incredibly rude and kept telling me they would not help me. I got the member on the phone and the representative was rude to the member as well. They finally looked in the drawer and lo and behold, there's a check written to me. Guess I can cross this off my list of potential new financial institutions.
Perhaps I'm bias but the people are really nice and professional!

Your upgrade to online service is the worst thing I have ever seen. How someone talked you into this new online banking is an idiot. I heard that it was a problem setting up new passwords and user name but this is the worst site I have ever seen Good job MFCU. You really blew it this time.
So MFCU decides we need chipped cards. They decided this end of last year sometime and then delayed the process, can't remember why. Anyway, this go round they just shut the cards off with no warning,. By the end of Thursday our cards were shut off. Why? Because we are getting new ones with the chip. Hey neat! Buuuut don't Ya think notifying us and making sure the new ones are in hand and activated BEFORE shutting the old ones off makes more sense? May be time to find a new credit union.
