question, why are they no longer Montana Federal Credit Union?
Been banking here for over 16 years, my husband, much longer. Incredibly rude teller in the drive up. I've never had bad service before, I've never had a teller be anything but accomodating and pleasant. I'm hoping this isn't your new trend or I'll be taking my business elsewhere. And thanks for flagging my account, doubt I'll be thru this drive up again.
I've been a member since it was the ACM Credit Union and it's done nothing but get better and stronger! Highly Recommend MTFCU today, tomorrow and ALWAYS!
My husband was traveling and it totally slipped his mind to notify the bank. He tries to spend quite a bit of money and the bank immediately shut his card off for fraud purposes. Though, at that particular moment it was an inconvenience, I am SO happy with their actions and took only a 2 minute phone call to get it back on. I absolutely love Montana Fed!! **We have other accounts with another bank and I will promise you, they would have let whoever run our account to nothing and then sent us an overdraft statement.
Becky worked with me on setting up a car loan, and she was awesome! I don’t live in town, but she made the process super easy over the phone. And their rates were way competitive compared to other local banks.
I have been a member since 2009 and wouldn't go anywhere else! They have gone above and beyond in every situation I have taken to them. If Every public service business was as kind, pleasant, and helpful as MT FED it would a much happier world for us all! MONTANA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is My #1 choice for ALL my banking and borrowing needs!! I feel blessed to have found them!
Worst bank I've ever been to in my life, they don't care about their members unless the members agree to pay their over priced interest rates and have way too much money to throw away. They don't care about you personally and don't make even quarter of an attempt or try to work with you in any way, too corporate of a place and I can't wait to close my account
