Mike with Montana Cool is very responsive and was right on time. He is a professional and knows exactly what to do to get your A/C System up and running good. We had a great experience with Montana Cool. They do what they say they are going to do. I can appreciate that!!
Mike at Montana Cool did an awesome job on my AC repair. Company was responsive, thorough and punctual.
I had an appointment set between 8am and 9am. 10:05 I call the guy and ask why he was an hour late to even CALL and his excuse was he was extremely busy and forgot me. FORGETTING about your clients and not honoring appointments by assuming my time is not worth your time is a horrible way to do business. Worst part is instead of offering to make it right or seem apologetic in any way, his response was to call someone else. Don’t bother with this clown.
