I had my lead water line replaced. The crew chief Pat spoke more than four languages which was impressive. He patiently explained the whole process and always had time to answer all my questions. They did a great job. John Bassani who was in charge of several crews kept me informed of updates and was always reachable by phone. Not sure who they know In Roselle Park to land all these projects but their quality of work cost us thousands of dollars after they failed to use the correct items to secure our sewer main to the street. Blamed us for years about the backups we were having even thought we had our lines scoped and showed them where the blockage was occurring. Avoid at all costs
