To be fair, this job was done through American Water as the job was to replace our galvanized steel inlet water line so there was no cost to us. Regardless of that, the work done here was very professional and got it done in one day. Z and Rui who were in charge made sure things went smoothly, knew what had to be done well and were very friendly. Unfortunately we didn't choose this company but we are glad this was who was sent out to do the work.

Never in my life I have met a more rude secretary. I gave this company a call and spoke to the secretary Dana and she was so rude. Don’t even bother picking up the phone to inquire about this company. The lack of professionalism is sad honestly. I would recommend speaking to someone else on the phone, hopeful there are other employees that have some kind of mannerism.

Montana did a terrific job replacing the waterline at my house. I had a special requirement because I had recently had my driveway repaved and the original waterline went under part of the driveway and I did not want their work to damage my new driveway. When they came out, I explained the situation to them, and they were very agreeable and came up with a nice solution to route it away from my driveway. We recently had a great experience with Montana in Belvidere NJ. The gentlemaen were so couteous, friendly and just could not have been nicer! Highly recommend them for customer service and their work!

They’ve been doing an awful lot of work in Maplewood. They’re messy, uncommunicative, And did a really poor job patching our driveway. I’m sure they were hired because they are inexpensive and available. I would stay away from them
