I have never been treated so rudely. Jessica was terribly rude and condescending when I called concerning our delivery that was not delivered as scheduled. I have never been treated so unkindly.
Unreliable! They need to use the contact number to notify of any issues interfering with delivering when promised. Use contact number to find out if anyone is available to receive package after normal business hours to avoid delivering 4 days past due. Offer customer satisfaction guarantee. We wouldn't be so dissatisfied if only they would have communicated issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN COMPANY AND THE WAY BUSINESS WAS HANDLED UNPROFESSIONALLY.
