The staff was very friendly! Dr. Montalvo not so much. She arrived to do my cleaning and everything seemed fine. I have been to many dentists including dentists in other countries and I have never been treated so badly and harshly. I have had many cleanings and this has been the most painful one because she is a very harsh dentist. I felt abused physically, verbally, and emotionally.
