I have lived here for almost three years now and I have not had any issues that Debb and John couldn’t fix. The rent is a little pricey but it’s worth it for what the apartment has to offer. The location is great, not to far from campus you can walk or take the bus. The lighting is nice from the inside and outside including the parking lot. location and pricing is perfect for college students- a quick walk to campus, no expensive parking pass needed! Extremely affordable with lots of space, the balcony is a wonderful and appreciated bonus. Attentive landlords and staff take care of repair requests in a timely and friendly manner, and also plan events for the residents at no cost to residents! Appliances are updated, clean, and function well. Lots of natural light, very safe, and a nice parking lot!

I have never lived somewhere where the landlords are so kind and always available to fix any issues that arise right away. The area is safe and very convenient for college students. There really is a sense of community that the landlords try to promote which is amazing especially for those not from the state or city of St. Cloud. I’m glad I live here. Oh and it’s super close to campus. Walking to class is fantastic and saves on parking. Overall no complaints, only high praise 💪🏼💪🏼
